Normally I would pair a full midi skirt with a tight bodice to balance proportions but here I love the baggy vest over the skirt. You could equally wear a loose blouse or shirt. The outfit takes on a ‘I’m not fussy’ approach. The garments I found are in the matt shades of the ones above rather than with a slight sheen. I would wear heels with such a skirt to elongate the leg, I do not normally like white heels but I will make an exception for these and the sporty ones I chose by Aldo – sometimes they just really work within an outfit.

This is such a beautiful outfit. I wouldn’t think that the baggy top would look good, but it actually looks fantastic! I also really love the mint green color, so refreshing.

Digging the retro vibe of that runway look. What a great way to sass up a mid-length skirt.
